Profile Precision Extrusions can provide aluminum extruded profiles to almost any level of fabrication complexity. Whether your requirements are “as extruded” or a completely machined and finished part, Profile can meet your needs. When your requirements call for aluminum extruded profiles less than 3-1/2" inches in circle size, Profile Precision Extrusions will meet your needs. Our secondary processing includes swiss machining, cutting to length, punching, drilling, CNC machining, deburring, or finishing such as anodizing, chem film, and painting.

Depending upon the complexity of the aluminum extrusion, we offer a 1-2 day turnaround on quotes. Many quotes are even provided the same day as requested. Design Criteria
Aluminum Alloys: 2000, 3000, 6000 and 7000 Series. Note that 2000 and 7000 Series are offered for solid geometries only with a maximum circle size of 2-1/2". Custom and other alloys will be considered upon request.
Circle Size: Up to 3-1/2" circle size
Weight: As light as 0.0015 lbs/ft.
Tolerances: As low as +/-0.001". Bow, twist, straightness and flatness down to 1/2 commercial tolerance.
Wall Thickness: As thin as 0.015"
Fabrication: Machining: Precision cutting (+/- 0.005"), punching, milling, drilling, CNC machining, hand and tumble deburr.
Finishing: Clear, Satin (type II), hard coat (type III), and brite dip anodizing. Clear and yellow chem. Chem Film (RoHS compliant) and powder coat paint.
